1. The Sale Person knew nothing about Ornamental fishes. 2. They don't respond well to customers. 3. The price rate is too high. 4. Imchen Aquatics is way too better than this pet store.

The customer care representative was very bad. She don't know how to talk with a customer. Had a very very bad experience in the store. Never had this horrible experienced like this in my whole life.
