It's a broken down park which is small in size and has a few slips and slides...the ghat offers good view of the Hooghly river and is a nice place for clicking photographs...I have clicked and uploaded a few...u can see them if u want..the municipality must function actively to preserve and renovate the ghat..

This park is just beside the river Ganga. Privately but not properly maintained. Only some childrens are playing in the afternoon. It is in the name of Dr. Nilmadhab Basu in the year 1997. No good parking space. No wheelchair accessible entrance. Nearest station is Chinsurah.

Not that big. And not too much equipped. But its safe and has a great view of Ganges passing by it. So you can go and chill in the evening if you want with your little companion.

Since I have been here earlier.....I have seen the evolution of the park from a nothing to something....still a lot can be done here...its safe at any hour of the day and simply its location being just beside the river Hooghly makes it awesome.....in recent years a Durga Puja too is celebrated here at that time of the year.

Not at all a children park.

But, can be used as a small picnic place on the bank of the Ganges

It's a small park at the corner of the town. Though not much amusement is there but you can enjoy the smell of Ganges here...

One selfless man, at his own expenses, bought this land and made a Park for local kids..A must see if you feel respect for a Complete Man..Sweet breeze from the Ganges beside is an extra !
