Kalyani Picnic Garden

This beautiful garden is at Kalyani B- Block and nearly 10 minutes walking distance from Kalyani Simanta Railway Station of Sealdah- Kalyani Simanta rail route. By road it is 1.5 km from Kalyani Buddha Park of Barrackpore- Kalyani Express Way.

It is an ideal place for family picnic particularly in winter season. One spectacular children park attached to the garden also attract everybody. Entry fee is Rs. 30/-.

This garden is well maintained by Urban Recreation Forestry Division (Kalyani Range) , Directorate of Forests, Govt. of W.B.

This place has lot of free space but not cleaned properly. Beautiful flower garden alsois there. This place is only good for picnic. Not to much entertaining stuff for childrem.

It is quite nice for picnic, not for the people want to visit with there family.
This garden has two parts, one for picnic and another for parks & garden wings.
There is less space in parks & garden wings so people can't walk & enjoy the beauty of garden.

It's a good picnic spot, but horrible as a park. Place is very dirty, no proper arrangement of sitting, not for just roaming with family. Place is full of mosquitoes and other insects.

Very good place. A place of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This garden belongs to forest dept. Garden is not maintained well.

This place is good for time spending with your friend. Specially for couple who want some quiet places. Environment is good but the trees are not well maintained. This place can be looked more beautiful 🙂.
