Jest a casual place you can visit with friends and family. Dont expect much. If you are in and around 30 km you can visit.

Entry fee: 50 rs

Pedal boat available for rs 100 for 2 person
Their are also some plants to sell.
Small park for children.

Overall good place to spend some time☺️☺️

It's so pleasant here, all the greenery and animals they have. The boating is subtle, for 50 ruppees it's fair. The atmosphere here is heart warming. If you want to be some place where you need to take a break with your children, i think this is the perfect place to be.

A serene and peaceful farm... Kids play park.. Pedal boating... Nice ambience ... Good place to spend time with family and friends... need more activities apart from boating....the restaurant should have more kerala style recipes... overall a nice place ...

50 rupees entry fees.. not worth the money.. we have to pay extra 50 rupees for boating . Looks like normal places in alappuzha, I found 3 emus here, thats the only attraction here.

If you are a nature lover, then this is for you. You can spend quality time with family here. There is a kids play area. Boating facility is available. There is a small restaurant inside this farm. It's best to visit during the evening time.

An average place to spend your weekend peacefully. There is not much to see or explore but you can sit an relax. There is small pond with fishes, you can buy the fish feed and feed them (10rs). There is small boating facility available. Some emu or animals are there. There is a restaurant. Kids will love to spend the time at kids play area, not so great but average rides for kids.

This place is called JYes farm, but locals call it Neendoor Park (Neendoor is the name of the place where this farm is situated). This is basically A farm house with a childrens park. A lot of attractions are there. Aqua museum, Childrens park, a museum of old household and farming equipments and tools, Gardens and Nursery, Fish ponds, farms and a lot of birds and animals including rare breeds. Visitors can purchase plants, birds, fish, eggs etc. from the farm.Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in the farm.Theres a lot of parking space in front of the church, which is right next to the farm. JYes farm also has a new parking area right outside the farm.Entry was free until December 2019. Since the founder of this farm passed away then year, the new management came into picture and have started charging entry fee for visitors. From December 2019, they have started issuing visitors passes and it costs 50 Indian Rupees per person. Even though it is a pass with 2 parts (20 for childrens park and 30 for aqua museum) you will have to purchase both and its mandatory according to the staff at the entry desk. Entry is free for children under 3 years. They must be charging the fee to maintain the farm and staff and to avoid loons and trouble makers. The lady staff who were issuing the entry passes were untrained(2 old ladies from the neighborhood) and were rude to most of the visitors. Hope this will change in time.
