Dr.Venkatesan Bone Joint Neuro and trauma centre

I went there for my shoulder ligament damage with my previous report since it didn't work for me on Government hospital. So I consulted doctor Vishnu varathan. He is very at treating the problems and telling them why this was happened and how we can prevent this in future. I am under treatment now. I will definitely rewrite about my feedback on my problem(shoulder). But there are somethings which should be cared by the hospital management. I will tell them by points.
1. There are no chairs for the patients to wait. There were so many old aged people when I went.
2. The doctor consults and diagonise the patients infront of others. It will make both of them to feel finish it fast.
3.for physiotherapy also the same. It took more time. Otherwise all the medical services are good. I hope they will make some changes in future.

Very bad doctor not keep up timing wast of time

Too much waiting time it takes more than 3hrs to see the doctor no chairs for sitting i have to stand for entire time before seeing the doctor, eventhough this hospital is newly constructed, there is no proper planning in patients seating.... Patients are taken for granted all their staffs and doctors have comfortable seatings and patients don't have place for even standing... Treatment and cost of treatment is fair that dose not mean the patients can be taken for granted..please improve the environment.

I had forearm fracture and operated here, Dr. Vishnu Vardhan very kind and highly experinced. Highly recommended. Some minor issue like appointment are there.Overall is good

The doctor taking too much time to see a patient.
Most of the patients are waiting for him in pain. But, the doctor does not understand the situation, just spents too much time for a single patient,
As a doctor, he should treat as soon as possible.
I was waiting for him almost 3 hours to consult.
