Today visited his clinic in sowcarpet for my granny n mom ... being an ortho clinic the enterance to the place is poorly lit and uneven floor ! My grandmother had tripped and fell on the floor flat ...even though she fell no proper response by the receptionist! I wonder how patients or older people can step into this clinic without triping and breaking bones ! Vexed with the poor response by receptionist v left ...
Doctor shld make a point either to put the flooring properly or change his clinic location ...and keep a patient friendly receptionist !
