If you love exploring and experiencing wildlife, this place has to make it to the top of your bucket list. I took four safaris out of which we had a sighting on three of them. While the tiger is the usp, there are many many more animals and birds that you will get to see here. The climate is very very hot and if you really want to enjoy and make the best of your time, it is advisable to wear covered cotton clothing at all times, tied hair and head covered and carrying water bottles is a must

100 percent chances of seeing tiger in summer.but safari cost too high..it is becoming very business oriented.earlier it was not like that..jungle is a mixed forest having maximum no of patches!!!

Every thing about this reserve is just awesome.Forest is very well maintained and managed.Guides and drivers are very well trained and they respect the forest environment.Lot of resorts are there around the reserve and most of them are very well maintained.Tigers are one of the main attraction and they are being protected very well by the department.Roads need some repair and they should have some stores near the gate to provide water and cook drinks.Overl all a very satisfied trip and we will visit soon.

Amazing safari experience. We got some awesome sightings of tigers leopards and many other animals. Try getting early morning safari for maximum sightings. The thrill of chasing a tiger, the excitement of forest. Truly one amazing trip.

Spotted 7 Tigers which include “The Great Queen of Tadoba” MAAYA. That’s the beautiful bottom line of our safari tour. We went 4+1 me, my wifey, my daughter (3.6yrs old), friend and his wife from Bodhan, Nizamabad via Adilabad, Jainath, Bhel, Rajura, Ballarshah, Chandrapur, Urjanagar, Padmapur Gate to Moharli. It was fun drive of 5hrs. We booked our hotel near Moharli Gate MB Eagle Mountain Hotel, which was much of a home stay with great hospitality and yummy veg food served. Coming to Safari, everyone must go for at least 2 safaris 1 Buffer and 1 core safari. I booked a Buffer morning Safari (6AM-10AM) and a Core Afternoon Safari (3PM-7PM). In Buffer Safari we only spotted few animals (Indian Gours, Dotted Deers, Sambar Deers, Wild 🐗, and many species of birds. Beautiful Sunshine, Landscapes and Backwaters. For us buffer safari was underrated without Tigers to watch, actually we missed tiger (Madhu female Tiger and her Baby Bajarang) by a minute or two. Tigers left the spot when our Gypsy arrived. Next we went for Kayak ride near Moharli Gate, which was also good but little sunny to ride. And now the much awaited Moharli Gate Core Safari, as we were disappointed by buffer safari experience, we were excited and were hoping to watch Tigers. At the beginning of our ride we spotted 4 Tigers (Mother Lara and 3 Baby’s) at the water front, playing with their mother and making love to their mother. It was around half an hour time we spent there. Next pit stop was Male and Female Tiger, it was unexpected and in fact we were lucky to watch Tigers Mating, which was very rare. But we had to wait around 1hr long to see the Tiger Romance. And few animals in meantime before spotting Maaya. At the end of our core safari our guide a lady with huge experience in observing and guessing alarm calls, with her tricky observation we were lucky to watch MAAYA which was moving a foot away from our Gypsy which was a paisa vasool moment for all of us. All in all Tadoba was a most successful and excited trip🤘
Note: Tadoba Safari visiting time is from March to June. Do not only visit to watch only Tigers, with my experience I got to know, we have to enjoy the jungle and nature also.

It’s a big cat heaven
One of the largest tiger reserve I have been to very well maintained and very well organized good thing in tadoba is that the safari's are about 4 hours so you have enough and more time and you are almost sure that you will get to see something large and unperfil be a tiger not like the South Indian Safari which is like 1 and a big boss which is very nice and you don't get to see anything so that was really good if you are natural photographer or even for children to see animals
