One of the worst services from a multiplex. The theater all is fine, pretty decent, the service at the cafeteria and the staffs here are so rude. Rubbish behavior from the staff (do not want to mention names). There was an offer going on for free drink refills. The cup we used tore, so we asked for a new cup and they denied. Started telling cup costs 25/- Rupees each and they can't keep handing out cups just like that. This was one of the worst services I've experienced at any place.

Inside PVR everything was good but since this business is inside another mall way to this exact business it is confused. Everything inside is really good and nice

As usual nice picture quality with good surround system and seats are very comfortable. But hear some sound like something running i think its ac the motor's sound was bit loud inside the theatre

We watched ponniyin selvan movie with my family. Nice theatre to watch movie. Before going to theatre there are having sofas in waiting areas to seat.

Nice place to enjoy with friends and family.For me the parking price was bit harsh for 20rs every hour. If that rate was reduced we can enjoy with our family. And one more thing is that the electronic items (gifts) present in the fun and games was very local brands,they don't have worth for money. I will reduce one star for average customer Service. The attenders present there are not friendly...............
