It's was well maintained and enjoy the best cinema experience with high definition and amphibians and atmosphere is so good they do have lobby for the audience to wait till the show starts and have quick bites snacks but it's all over priced which is not at acceptable people will have only one time visit.. it's not like PVR and Sathyam wer their price for the pop corn is atleast compromising but this is too much for an example large pop corn and Pepsi combo's 520rs in Inox which quantities are equal to small pop corn compared with sathyam and for the same price in sathyam you can get large tub . I think their should be some regulation act needed to followed in price according to food department but this are charging high . this are Just huge corporate they will adjust and compromised

I watched Ponniyin Selvan at BigPix. Im going to nitpick very minute details about the movie experience. The screen was huge but it wasn't crystal clear which was my basic expectation being promoted as dual screen laser projection. In fact it was blurry at first and after my complaint they quickly fixed it. The reflective lines on the ceiling might be slightly bothersome for some but not a big issue. Too many advertisements Especially during intermission. The worst part was the snacks. Too pricey for things that are not even worth eating at all. Special mention Veg puff and samosas were terrible and dry. Go for softdrinks and popcorns, still pricey. Otherwise seats are very comfortable, screen is visible top to bottom from all seats, very clean, courteous staff and atmos sound was excellent.

Their seats are good. There is enough space to keep you legs comfortably. But so much annoying advertisements which will ruin your mood of watching the film.

Their snacks are very costly. 100 gram fries 200 rupees. But yes people have no problem with the price. its my opinion. Also their card machines won't work. Really pathetic.

I wouldn't recommend this movie hall. The worst service I have ever had. The staff was super rude (especially at the ticket counter). The shift supervisor did not even come out of his room when the staff were struggling. They won't give any proper information. They made us wait for more than two hours for a bulk booking of 58 tickets. While we were waiting suddenly they said the card machine and Gpay was not working. They force the people to make cash payments. The person who was in-charge forced us to get the popcorn combo. They were misleading and manipulative. Totally they have 4 counters but even in peak time they use only two and make people wait in a long queue. Seriously you will get frustrated at the end of the day. If you want to go there, please prefer online booking.

My first visit to Bigpix.

Been heard a lot about this big screen format of INOX from my friends residing at Bangalore so when I heard about INOX going to introduce Bigpix to Chennai, been excited to visit for a perfect movie & Ponniyin Selvan I have paved the way

Ambience wise it was good. Screen was truly large format, on par with IMAX screen size at Luxe. Dual laser projection clarity was good.

Still there's some serious issues with this screen. Especially sound system (Dolby Atmos effect was no where near to any local screens, either side speakers weren't turned on or they didn't updated PS1 sound patch after initial complaints regarding audio mix, sound was really terrible during my visit) & seats were not comfortable. Seats width fit enough only for lean guys, even for a slightly pudge person it would be uncomfortable, could face inconvenience while keeping your arms in hand rest.

For screen size and clarity this would worthy enough to visit once, even on sound issue which I faced might be a one time issue but seating comfort is what would make me to think twice to visit this screen. Hope Inox would look on to it.

The Theatre is good. but I felt that the sound quality is not that much good. The audio system is not that much efficient.

The snacks items was really good. They provide unlimited refilling of Popcorn on Tuesday 👍

Washroom was clean and well maintained 👍

This is the perfect place in Marina Mall where you can spend quality of time and feel so fresh. While booking any show, please check the Bigpix screen. If that's available choose that screen for the better movie feeling!

Before you entering thoughts are amazing and ultimate collection of shopping & food courts.

But after leaving mind slightly thinking, wasted the money.

It's all about the entertainment & gathering happiness..
