ARRS Multiplex Theater

Good Atmosphere ... Neat & clean ...
Screen 4 seats r not more comfortable ...
Sound effects r OK ... A/C effects not too bad ,OK
Snacks r good & hygienic ... (Little bit costly)
Comfortable parking for both 2 wheelers & 4 wheelers ...

Need to recreate the customer experience, Cleanliness & Sound quality. Some effects are irritating. Screen is not cleaned properly. A huge stain appears in the screen for so many days. It disturbing the movie experience.

Good theatre for movie lovers. Totally 5 screens available here. You can go with your family. One thing don't go on show time go half an hour earlier your booked time because the road is very traffic there is many possibilities you stuck in that traffic.

Have to upgrade infrastructures.. except screen 5, remaining 4 screen's seats are small in size. It's very uncomfort for 3 hrs. they are charging extra rs.2 per ticket for credit card. I don't know why all the staffs are rude to customers. Advantage is spacious parking facility.. and located near new busstand.

Worst behaviour of staff at ticket checker and speaking very bad words at audience.... There is no water proper facility in the toilet. Staff are very rude.... They touching at each audience in the name of checking.... Seat conditions are pathetic..... It is not worth to watch movies by 150 and 200 rs..... They should train their staffs properly how to behave with audience... They should have proper device to check the audience not by hands.... Should water improve the facility.... I will never go to that theatre....

Just an average multiplex movie complex with 5 screens. The ambience is just okay, the seats are very normal mostly old & damaged, restroom is not clean. Only the sound system is good but nothing noticeable as such. The canteen snacks are too expensive not even worth half it should be. You can't expect the fancy hifi stuff that you get in Inox. For the pricepoint, it is good. There is huge parking space available nearby.

Don’t ever visit this cinema, not even called to be Cinema. Worst screen size , poor sound quality you ears will start paining while watching movie . No Dolby experience, no comfortable seatings . Staffs are all local they don’t understand even English when you ask them some information they look at you and start laughing . I left watching Pathaan movie within 10 minutes just because of poor quality . Better watch on your phone with good earbuds. I won’t recommend to anyone .

The theatre needs some renovations at the earliest possible. All the seats are very old and in bad condition. Two wheeler parking can be improved. Have many memories of ARRS. Hope the concerned takes necessary actions.
