EVP Cinemas

EVP cinemas is located in next to poonamalle and before queens land. The building aesthetic look is average only but inside of building is good. They have huge space for parking and have small games for children. They have 6 screens and seating arrangement is good. Seats are comfortable. Sound and picture quality is perfect and they have small games around the atrium. Toilets are maintained neatly.

Picture & sound quality- Screen 5 is bigger, the sound quality is nice.... Sound proofing is good... There are theater next to each other, but you will not feel the sound. Not like imax projection, but it's second good too it.

Parking - Bigger parking around the theater ... Bike parking cost 20 , for car maybe 50 but I don't .. I drives a two wheeler. But the problem... It's a open space parking, so afternoon show people beware that car will not under a protected roof. But there is good space to park almost 100 cars. 300-500 bikes.

Snacks- large popcorn and coke Cost 350, no combo Available... Other than Nacho, small pizza, French fries and puffs are available.

They don't deliver to seat... You have to get them by standing in q.

Rest room Are okay... They are clean...

Parking, and restroom are all wheelchair accessible.. but to screen.. there will be steps. One wheelchair is available , but never seen anyone use it...

Over my experience is good with EVP, they are good but not great.

** If you are Booking online make sure atleast 50 above seats are filled... If not they will cancel the show and it will take longer time to receive refund...

Visiting EVP cinemas for the first time. Night show. Experience was good ...the ticket buying was easy and hassle free.
The seats was so so so comfortable and cozy 😍
The screen was decent enough for a movie and the acoustics was clear as crystal even though there was a lot of cheering and shouting by the audience.🔥
The snacks were tasty and price was nominal
Popcorn ranges between 100-180.
They also have nachos, pizzas , burgers etc.

A good theatre experience overall .

Ample parking space, good screen, sound effects, but ac is too chill... Better carry sweater for kids... Kids cant manage the chill... U hv food outlets like popcorn, snacks and deserts outlet. Eateries are ok, A small kids games play area is also there... But women restroom is not well maintained... Bad smell is coming inside as too much people using it but housekeeping staff is not there... Water is also not cmg inside in few restrooms..

Will give a 3.5 star rating to this place out of 5. Pros of this place are: comparatively easier availability of tickets even at last minute for movies, affordable snacks and play area pricing, closer to ponamallee surroundings, good seats in theatre, good legroom and seat flexibility.
Cons: some of the people who viewed movie with us felt slight gliches in picture quality at few areas, I couldn't feel it much though.
Open car and 2 wheeler parking might be a prob in hot sunny or rainy days.
Overall, it's a good option if you don't find any other option. 😀

Lot of games available for kids.
6 screen theatre is available.
Most of the time theatre is free, better go and tickets directly.
Parking charges for car is 50 & bike is 30.
NFC payment is available for parking also.

Love the experience of visiting with family. Food court really needs to be improved. Ample parking space available. Restrooms were neat and clean

To begin with, its not a mall but a small cinema hall with 5 to 6 screens.🤩

I went to watch a 3d movie and the glasses offered were sealed, I hope they were sanitized too..

You can't expect variety in food though.
All i remember seeing were popcorn, fries, some pastries, canned juices and coffee.

There seem to be a small area in the middle for kids to play around which had few video games and ridable cars and stuff..

There is also a small novelty shop in the end..

Its a good place to spend less than an hour after or before you watch a movie There.
