This showroom dealer is fraud. They selling poor quality of accessories and before purchase a bike they make many promises but after 3 to 4 month they breaks all the promises. So dear friends first contact with hero company toll-free number and then purchase bike or scooty from authorise showroom or dealer.

There is proplem of electricity . Hero Moto don't have own gentrator . If electricity is gone then you have to wait for elecrticity for washing bike but customer waiting room is nyc neet & clean with fully a\c that i love it
interesting is that one lady is my crush in service center #tym mila to fir aauuga to see my crush 😍😍😘

Hospitality was gud.. bt 1 of the lady staff scolded ne coz i mistkely went to ladies toiilet opps.. lol

Employee and mechanic are not trained enough, and behaviour with customers is very rude. And workshop is worsen day by day, and the lady at cash counter is the worse next are the untrained mechanics.

They know only to cheat the customer. If u ask for any parts they wont provide it instead they want your vehicle to be shown and work their. As a customer its ones choice where he wants to service his vehicle.

Poor customer experience.They don't know how to behave with customers.
Behaviors are very rude.i suggest everyone not to buy from this showroom.

You need to improve ur costumer service
