Royal Enfield Showroom - Riders

Look wise the place is good , people managing are also good. But the place is small, they kept the AC at 21degree Celsius. But since, it's summer and the celling is made tin and also the front part is full of glass. The room temperature was about 25 degree. I was sweating and didn't want to stay there at all

Best services best coordination with best staff. Quick problem solving and also a best showroom ever in entire Dibrugarh area .

Worst customer service I have seen in my life.
They told me that I have booking in 3:30 but there were no mechanic to till 5:0 clock . They have wasted my valuable time from 3 pm to 6:30pm and they don't even have any reservation as they said.

And the mechanics behavior are worst , they say another person will do and the other person says another person will do..
So I request the Royal Enfield management to look after your stalf behaviour .

It's Royal Enfield showroom...also they have to service available beside the showroom... people don't have to wait too much just within 2-3 hr they usually do the work...and they are quite good in service...

I am glad with the service of rider and special thanks to Fardeen Khan the work shop manager who was on his word and helped me to get the service done on priority with many good suggestion.
