These guys are brand showroom but their service is disgusting. I paid fully in advance for my vehicle prior two days and completed all the formalities but on the delivery day they kept me waiting for three hours for no practical reason. When the vehicle was furnished to me it was incomplete, sort of damaged and no mandatory accessories were accompanied and when I presented my grievance I was told to come after three days to resolve the same. My humble advice is that if you want to own a tvs vehicle avoid this place and go to banaras tvs.

Worst experience.... even they don't know how to talk to customers.... How TVS can hire people like them... First they should learn how to treat people.

Worst service centre. They changed the carburettor of my scooty but didn't even give the old one back and charged me 2500. They were also insisting me to change the battery at a price of 1500 as the scooty won't self-start. I showed my scooty to a local mechanic and he informed me the battery was only discharged. Now, after recharging it, my scooty is all good. But Aditya Narayan TVS Service Centre is the worst and a fraud. They only fool their customer. Not worth of 1 start also.

Services is very poor . No any helpful and responsible person in service center.untrend engineer work thair .parts also not available thair .so many days they take in repairing vehicle.no any job card make in service center.if 2000/- expenses in rapair your vehicle,they make 4000/- and parts also make damage deuring repairing work, reason untrend eng.i am weeping for repair vehicle in service center.So I requested to service center owner and tvs company,if you have not trend Eng,you closed you center

I went for the enquiry of Apache 310 RR but, the receptionist girl was busy on mobile and the sales boy was simply refused, that we are not selling the bike with rude behavior. This is disappointing me. Worst TVS Agency in India.

Fraud service centre ... They charge service cost of my vehicle of rupees 390 and they change chain of the vehicle and charge rupees 150 more over that.. I never recommend this in future and they simply say it's norm of the company. I PERSONALLY SUGGEST ITS BETTER TO GO BANARAS TVS INSTEAD OF ADITYA NARAYAN TVS

I'm disappointed to the core, it's a shame on the name of Aditya Narayan and their legacy.
Terribly Bad and Saddening Customer Relationship. I recently purchased a new TVS Jupiter from their showroom.
They charged me around 4500 in the name of original accessories and they delivered the scooty with duplicate accesories.
They provided me with Ntorq mat of even low quality. Poor scooty gaurd with no company logo and that too of old model.
their salesman first pleaded and forged me to buy accessories from them as they sell original and now they've simply fitted low quality things.
Saddening to see, how this dealer and it's management looting the poor customer.
When I complained for the same with the salesman who provided me bike, he is now just passing days by saying that after 2 days I'll Change, accesories are not available.
Even Seatcover is of poor quality. They're not good at customer handling.
Will never ever recommend anyone to buy any vehicle from here.
