Worst customer service
They are only polite while selling vehicles after that , customer is only a barking dog for them.
Even when you go for service they overcharge you for uncessary thing.

Good staff, Explains things properly and patiently.

I bought Activa scooter... Owner was cordial and friendly.. but after this.....
Due to large number of customers you have to wait for the service..
If you will bring your bike or scooter for service then either you have to take a day off or you collect it later half of the day.. they will tell you the delivery time.

Very bad service.. staff is ill mannered. They talk to customers in abusive way. The staff don't have manners to talk to customers.
And they are not also particular about their services.
And their customer service is worst and the behaviour of staff is more than worst.
First they should learn some morals..before doing any business. 1 star is much more for them.

Honda service center hathras is really very bad with its service they are declaring a scooty battery dead without checking it properly and ask me to replace it but when i contact to another shop locally they said that battery is completely ohk and it will properly work after charging and it is really working and i dont have to replace

Once they sell the scooty to you, they are done with you, then they will treat you very badly. Also they put very bad accessories in scooty. Accessories don't even last for 2 months
