technician needs to be trained more they dont know... how to wash and maintain matt colour bikes... they use same method to matt as they do for glossy... which is not good for matt bikes....technician also needs to be advance.. as machines are...
showroom quality is good.... overall...and staff is also good...some staff are ok ok....

Worst Experience ever had by staff and service and no genuine products available at the TVS store saying to buy from market and imposing hidden and extra charges to the customers without prior information.

I do not want but I have to give 1 star due to arrogant nature of person who previously said about vehicle but at the time of purchasing term and condition had changed. they do not care about my time also.
