Terrible pre-sales & post sales service

Failed to coordinate with their trucks which sent my bike to Noida

This was after I was made to wait for 3 hours for delivery with random excuses

Had to travel to Noida to pickup my bike when I originally came to Meerut from Ghaziabad

Wasted 100kms and hours of my time

Lately, failed to contact me for KTM Track Day registration leaving me stranded

Only KTM showroom in the City. Very good service and almost every model of ktm is available.
Sale and after Service support is very good.
Im very satisfied with the overall Experience with ktm showroom.
Location of showroom is also very good almost in the middle of City.

Polite staff, beautiful showroom, huge range of products and best service

Pathetic after sales service.
I was charged 4000 rs for RSA and extended warranty by Rahul Sharma now it has been almost 3 months since the purchase of bike and I haven’t got anything related to it.

When i call Rahul Sharma or any other person in Delhi road KTM they are just passing the ball without actually providing the service or returning the money.

Note : Before paying the full money get a clear understanding of the price break up offered by him.
