Recently bought tvs ntorq 125 from this showroom.. New scooter having issues with Bluetooth connectivity and no one is showing interest to resolve it. Many a times a have complaint regarding this but no one from the showroom is taking responsibility. The vehicle is yet to have its registration number.

One of the worst service center of TVS. Staff is too arrogant including owner. Please never ever vist this stupid service center.

Very pathetic, Please don't buy because all staff is claver thief and also very bad behaviour

Please dont buy your vehicles or get them serviced from this particular place as they are all about cheating the customer.

They don't have adequate skilled labour and keep getting things delayed by months and then will say the vehicle is out of service. Worst experience ever from tha manager, labour and the receptionist. After that they will call you and ask for good rating as well.

Highly unprofessional behaviour by the Manager of sell team.. Monopoly of staff towards his customers. Poor customer service 😔

They don't serve the customer well, don't know anything about the product and all. They give the information on paper. Pathetic experience never going to buy this from TARA TVS. Don't visit and waste your time

Not taking digital payments, QR code pasted in workshop is not working, Also they do not accept Card payments.
Very pathetic service, i think company software and banking is not digitally active thats why they don't deal digitally

BS6 vehicle purchased on 8th June 2020 after which we got a call from your office to come and purchase another vehicle due to lack of documents.

Further we purchased another vehicle with additional cost of rs 22500 on 17 December 2020 .till date we have not received rc book/insurance and all other required documents inspite our personal visit to store multiple times.
