Manager behaviour too bad they talk like dog barking she talks rudely with everyone she doesn't listen to anyone problems every time she only shout.. and there there is a lot of deception people are robbed of them ,,and by taking the phone of the people they get good reviews from their staff fraudulent.very dirty all don't respact anyone.. all show off only

They will loot you by changing unnecessary parts. They billed me such a high amount by instilling fear in mind that my bike is useless and if u talk about these things to customer care they abuse you so bad that you regret buying ur bike from this store. I regret going there. New buyers avoid this place at any cost.

Very bad service, i am going to purchase a bike & no one is litsening & they made me wait for 5 hours to deliver the bike. Staff behaviour is very bad & un proffessional.

Hero main dealer in singhariya kunraghat Gorakhpur near MMM engineering college.

They are taking gently upto u haven't pay as u hv paid money they are behaving very rudily.
I hv taken bike on 03 july 21 and not inspected carefully after 10 to 15 days I noticed corrosion on 2 nuts but during servicing I have seen most of bike parts got corroded. Don't know why either all bike of dp motor parked outside or it's company failure. I have complained to manager of servicing, he told me that I can't do anything except it's cleaning even he is not ready to put corrosion protection spray. He told me that it's part of tear so you have to pay. I also told to sell person from which I have taken bike he also denied telling that it's part of servicing.
In only one month all bike got corrosion after paying almost 80 thousands it's big loss for customer. I have choose hero due to Indian company but I will never go for hero in future.
