In term of customer service is it completely worse however I think they should have need some educated employees for thier showroom. Because they don't know how treat a customer. My experience was completely bad with them in term purchase and services as well.

There is no client relationship even they didn't treat in proper way and they don't know to deal with the customer afterall.

One of the two hero two wheeler dealer in Bijnor. Staff and manager is quite supportive. Servicing facility is also quite good.
