Service is very bad ,they don't know how do ,how talk to with customer ,they don't tell customer if any internal part is damaged and not replaced otherwise you don't asked them what tha problem in bike, there is no _negetive star i give, worst services

The staff from low level to high level, all are very illiterate and they don't have any manners how to deal with customer.

They all are thinking like they are working in a government organisation and when the customer came they told to contact to seat no 1, 2 , 3 so on. Even though they didn't save the belongings of the customer. When i left my scooty for service. At that time in diggy the helmet was there. And when i get back to the home and check all the belongings the helmet was not there. And when i claimed my helmet, now they are denying to give it back to me. And even though the staff is not communicating in the proper manner. Even though the GM Sunil Kumar is also a very ill mannered person. They all think we are the king and the customer doesn't know anything. So I request you all to not to go here for any service repairing or even though for new purchase. Guys now we have to show them the power of a customer. When no customer will go there then they understand they don't have any right to do fraud with the customer. And if you guys deleted it then you don't have power to do fight, because you all are thieves

Bad behaviour of showroom receptionist.
Service quality is poor. If you say something about your bike They don't do anything. Stuff and workers in workshop do not behave good with customers.

Good place for purchase motorcycle hero show room and workshop.
