Yamaha showroom.staffs are very cunning.specially the mediator.you must bargain some price otherwise they are so cunning that they will sell you the price in the same rate as they will tell you in the very beginning.Also check the on road price of the vehicle before going.otherwise they will fool you by saying price a bit higher and will sell you in the price they always wanted.i bought fz black panther for ₹97000 without any extra equipments like helmet etc..very very very cunning staff.

The customer service is very very bad and they will make you stand at a place where there will be various sort of smells like petrol, tyres burning and overall bike exhaust... Bad overall....

Well, didn't receive good response while was there for purchase of mirrors. They should have a better store I guess.

don't buy a bike from here . He makes customer fool.I bought a bike from here 3 months ago but still now not getting RC and whenever I call always says you will get it by tomorrow but till now tomorrow not come . I am very frustrated from their service.

Average Experience, the dealership does not let you test ride bikes extensively enough. Also does not have enough stocks of the bikes.

The service manager person is so rude and decided not to listen of customer, as due to lockdown agency was close so i change my oil from local market bcz km was completed after hear that ...that person was forcing me to change oil after 300km only in 3rd service and said bad things to me and saying "eesa thodi hota hai oil toh ham sey hi lena hamari koi zammadri ni hai bahar sey kharid tey ho.".and many more things .they just want to increase billing instead of decreasing customer problem.
That place is no so good it just going with flow...instead of blazing a trail.

This is look like the store, always shortage of parts not available at centre i faced very problem that why no availability parts of yamaha in Aligarh and i think their wages is high?
