Service centre is not so god and all so the servicing is worst my advice don't come for servicing

If anyone is planning for purchasing a bike, must visit the place because the employee interaction with customers is very good , Down to earth, and will tell you all terms and conditions in detail, the really work very Professional..
Vist the showroom for rest of the details

Very bad management.. They don't understand the value of customer's time... they run again and again to get a part replaced. The part which does not remain here at the time of servicing, will be received after 20 days when you pay advance... Dear friends ... Kindly don't service your bike here...very very worst management.

Poorest service. No mannerism in the staff.
First, they could not repair my bike which I bought from their showroom itself. They give ridiculous reasons for this which can infuriate any normal person.
Then they have the audacity to start their lunch in front of their customer and ask me to wait to pay for their third class service.
There are multiple staff in their billing department but all of them start taking their lunch at same time in billing department itself and I am standing against them requesting them to process my bill.
This is how they handle their customer.

Worst Hero Service Center at Sitapur Road ... Because of its staff behavior...
They don't understand customer's precious time..

Absolutely pathetic experience at the service center, they usually don't have spare parts unless it's a brand new model (sold within an year or so), it's better to go to any authorised seller for spare parts and get it fitted by them.

I brought a new bike from this agency..
But it was manufactured defective piece...so please check properly..if you go there to buy...
