Average customer service but good thing is that they ask for feedback.

Very poor service especially at service centre I requested repeatedly to change the high beam and low beam switch but it is always being ignored. Pathetic.

The owner doesn't stay there at the showroom... The staff is ignorant be it the guard( he speaks very badly to people) at the door or their salesmen. It feels like it is a govt office or they are giving the bikes for free... There are other showrooms too go there or best is to buy from lucknow their rates are very less and it only costs 300₹ petrol to get back.
The service center there is good you can always go there

My xpulse chain braked 30 km b4 Shahjahanpur, thanks to workshop guys sumit and Ibrahim who came in chilling winter and changed my chain sprocket on road. Hats off to them
