Donot buy vehicle from bhalai honda outlet
They donot give bills insurance at the time of delivery of vehicle...
Even the RC is applied after 2 months
Number plate is installed after 2 to 3 months...till that you have to drive your vehicle without number,without Bill, without insurance. The other dealer will give you all the paper on the same day...

First time I have seen this type of staff which is completely useless. Request to everyone don't come here , you can go to any other agencies but don't come here , it's gonna be wastage of time and money for you.

Very poor sevice.... They just waste coustmor's time..... I m facing this problem from 2months but they just do temporary work not permanent....... Why u guys waste our time..... I req to owner plz solve my problem......

Customer service is very poor.....6 month ago I have purchased new activa from here, after 1 month I started dealing technical issues, it's 7 th month now they are not fixing the problem permantly.they are wasting my time, they says 2 days to repair and takes 2 weeks instead

They do service good but in billing they are not accepting UPI payments or card payment only cash, need to work on this think because it's digital India, now even these days rahdi golgappe wala also accept gpay but your are Honda, atleast need to work on that, one more think today billing server was down and didn't give me invoice of bill, billing department is very slow and incorporate.

Worse Dealership I have ever dealt with. Dropped my Activa at 11am and was promised for pickup at 4 . Went at 5pm and nothing got done . Shameful Act .
