Sir, I have bought an Activa 5g in which I have been cheated. I have been given an accidental case for an old vehicle which has traveled 2200 kms. The registration has also been done in my name. The loan for this vehicle was made as a new vehicle and the official of HDFC Bank had claimed half loan and 30 installments at the time of booking. The name of the bank officer is Raj Kumar and the village is Bhagsar

It was Good experience. The staff is quiet cooperative and the mechanical staff ig good enought to handle the problems of your vehicle.

Good but seems to be understaffed
Same person collecting payments and documents and giving delivery too , need to improve
