Staff is so good

Best showroom of Ktm. Every person there is very kind and helpful. Always ready to help you and very humble they are. They will try best to resolve your problem. Very clean and good collection of ktm bikes. Just book your bike and ride. Bought duke 200 bs6, my experience was very excellent everything was smooth.

Understaffed but served well. Didn't provide chain and spoket set even after liaison on phone.

Visited the showroom on 17 Jun 22 - had a bad experience. I reached there on my bicycle and parked it near the entrance as i did'nt want to leave it on the busy, narrow road and ther was no other place. To begin with, front door was locked - had to look for side enterance. No AC, no fans even on a hot June day. Refused to switch on even a fan when requested. Only two models, both 200cc were available (I had come to get a feel of the Duke 250, which seemed to fit my son's requirement and my budget). Salesman was just not interested in telling anything about the machine - gave half-hearted replies to my questions. When asked for test-drive, said company policy says "no test-drive". I knew he was not interested in responding to customer, so asked to speak to manager/owner. The manager/owner came a little later and started shouting at me for parking my bicycle near the entrance. I could'nt take any further insults - came back home.
I've decided to tell my son to go for some other brand - plenty available now. Not KTM because:-
- Uninviting showroom.
- Rude, indifferent and insulting behaviour of staff.
- Poor availability of models.
- Staff lied about test-drive (I complained to customer care - they confirmed test-drive should have been offered)
- No response even after approaching customer care.
The brand has a very good name and products are great in performance and looks - yet very few bikes seen on the road - their outlets definitely need to improve their service, else they will keep losing customers like me.

Excellent service provided so caring staff help me alot with everyinch of doubt from booking to delivery...the owner deal like own family ..I am so statisfied with services
