I purchased in bike hf deluxe..but prabhati motors service is very poor, never purchase any two wheeler bike..

Taken more time for service
4-6 hour , don't have time sence.

Hero is the best company that give a better experience that give a long lasting a suitable price .

The lady who books the time slots for servicing is the most irresponsible, pathetic and rude person I have ever seen. She gives all wrong information, lies about it and then argues as well. She has no sense of work ethic and behaviour. She informed a wrong time slot to me, upon reaching there at the informed time, she straight away lied and then argued as well. These kind of people should not be allowed to work anywhere when they don't know the basic thing as talking.

Very bad experience ever. So roodly behaviour
