Worst customer servicing I have ever experienced among KTM service centre. The main mechanics doesn’t know anything and his behaviour is so horrible that you can’t tolerate him. One advice for everyone during servicing don’t leave your bike in service centre they will surely exchange your parts and install it in their close friend’s bike. I am writting this because I have personally experienced these things. One more thing is all the 5 ⭐️ reviews were given by the close friends of the main mechanic. Think twice before come….

As a KTM customer I want know that "Is mandatory to buy any spare parts from ktm showroom Baripada, odisha?" Today I visited at KTM Showroom BPD for my third servicing of my duke 200. Although I have already engine oil and Mobil filter but they (i. e showroom owner) said me to you should bound to buy engine oil and Mobil filter and other spare parts from this Showroom (Bpd) .
Request u to kindly clarity me in this matter.... (see approx value for servicing cost for third servicing)
