LAXMI TVS - BRANCH

Worst customer service ever seen.. They don't take anything seriously. Just because of there delay in giving me my papers I lost the registration number I wanted.. I took bike on 2 Nov, papers were registed on 5 Nov, but got them on 9 Nov behalf of going to showroom everyday this is what they do.. I request the management to take of the employees.. and wish this doesn't repeat again..

TVS show room place for good average vehicles mainly two wheelers. Good quality two wheelers with very good fuel average and very tough vehicles. Especially fan of Victor.

Staff members are supportive.
Interaction with customers is pretty good.

Worest service Don't go here .no one responce properly and management also cheating ppls spare parts also not available and servicing also bad please don't buy vehicles in this branch

Here I bought Apache RTR 4V Matt black colour bike.The staff members are so supportive and very interactive with customers.Thanks for quick response for any queries especially from Manager end.Mechanics are good and they have technical knowledge about all parts of bike.

Worest service,I buy Jupiter vehicle Bs6 in march 2020 ,now it's starting problem , I gave 20 days ago for repair at laxmi TVs the mechanic couldn't find the issue, I don't know what kind of vehicle sale to me , if they don't know how to repair my vehicle, why they sale it , it's to worrest , let see how many days to take for repair ,

I get the servicing from tvs servicing center only but I observe one thing there is no available all type of spare in your service center, We ask about the part with service manager or other staf they giving different kind of answer. Why should We buy the tvs vehicle. Very bad experience with your workshop, Very well mechanic staff in the branch but with out spares what they can do
