Poor response.

Can understand the load you have but at least your team should provide proper ETA and response to customers post work completion.

Every time I am calling to advisors and asking for updates. Lot of changes happens on customer services. I want to give less than 0 but no way.

Harsha Toyota is the worst service, not even a year front seat got torn for my Innova Crysta Z and when I contacted management regarding this they we pulled the seat cover it got torn. Why we will pull the seat cover and that thought also is ridiculous.

Im going to file complaint in consumer court on this service station. I gave my car Fortuner for service and general checkup in Bachupally Toyota service centre. I received a car just doing dusting and not even waterwash was done! And they took 2 days to do this and charged Rs.2,200.00 for this worst thing. Even the chips on the seat was as it is. They just put some service paper inside the car saying that service done. If cleaning (which is visible itself is in this quality, then what type of internal checking they did and gave me report?! How can we trust these kind of people and service our vehicle risking our life.? The manager of this branch don't bother and he speak with someone in the shop and answer the customer just casually and in negligence attitude.. indint know whether customers are paying or he is paying his own money and doing this kind of worst service to all customers. We can do 100 times better service outside for 50% of this cost. Never ever expected this worst behavior and service from Toyota. I am having a CRYSTA and a Fortuner. I do service regularly in Toyota centres. I am gonna sell my Toyota cars and buy some other brand which will provide better services.

This is the third time I'm going here. The agility normally associated with Toyota service centers is absent here. In Coimbatore, the moment you step in there's always someone who promptly asks you for the details of our visit. No time wasted. But here not so. One has to force himself to be noticed. Needs improvement. A lot to be improved. The quality checks after completion of the work should be strengthened.
