I booked RV400 in July 2022. I finally got my bike alloted in Oct 2022. Now I am thinking whether to really take it or not.

Only the product is good. Apart from that all other departments Marketing, Sales, After sales service, customer service, every other things is a big failure. 99% of the time dealer number is switched off. None of the employees have time to talk. Customer care executive was yawning when called for help. Only thing customer care will say for any escalation is to drop a mail to contact email. Absolute zero use by doing it.

I have seen a sea of bikes parked outside. It takes more than a day for basic service. It's going to be a day to day pain. I request company to increase the dealers in Hyderabad and increase the service handling capacity per showroom. Because the only reason for your survival is lack of competition. If a competitor enters, your company may vanish is no time. Take care.

Please don't buy their vehicles as there is no after sales service or backup. They are not interested at all after the vehicle is delivered to you. For the services you'll have to wait minimum 3-4 months just to get it serviced. I have charger issue but there is no resolution from the company neither they are interested to check what's the problem. Even if you take an appointment with them for any services is useless.
The manager is not at all present & is always on leave. There is one sales executive his name is HABEEB worst employee of revolt motors he doesn’t know anything except doing arguments with bad behavior and bad attitude towards customers, he is good for nothing. Worst experience I have had with a brand yet.
Their numbers are not reachable. Please save your valuable time & money.

Again don’t buy REVOLT BIKES.

BETTER GO FOR ATHER YOU WILL NOT REGRET.

They have only 2 people for servicing and they two are not well trained and always 200-300 bikes wait outside for servicing no matter what date. They dont have spares and services. Bike is good but if it gets into trouble need to wait for months to get it resolved as there are no inventory to replace parts and the service center is always loaded with bikes for service

Show room is quite good but 1 st company should concentrate on spares availability and service as it is which company can develop. Booking of vehicle is taking too much time around 4-6 months minimum if they can cut short that time then it will be convenient for people whom plan for revolt bike and exploiting people in price increasing the price as they like even though government is giving subsidies like fame 2 as no other bikes are introduced into market

Post purchase service is so bad and pathetic that it can't be explained no spare parts availability

Overall Bike is good. But they don't expose the battery cost. Bike cost is around 1,65,000/- (EMI), which is too expensive as compared to other company EV bikes. They are charging battery charger, bike cover, etc.

They should give these as complementary.
Revolt electric bike is a great choice for local usages and goes up till 140kms on a single charge. The seating is great and the comfort offered is great. The maintenance costs are also low.

Very expensive. We get a normal bike for Rs. 70,000 and this bike is available between Rs. 1,30,000 to Rs. 1,65,000. Guys the difference amount is your petrol price for 5 years which is being charged by Revolt. After 3 years we also have to change the battery which is equivalent to the price of a 70 CC scooter.

Showroom is located on main road, near Jubilee hills check post. The sales people are not providing complete details, I asked them to write on a paper but they said they are going to write on paper and they are not having brochures also.
1. For every 30000KM need to change chain belt.
2. For every 1lakh KM or 6years customer need to change battery, which costs 75000 rupees 🙄.
3. Bike on road price 142000 as per the discussion with the revolt service person but it may increase or decrease by the time bike will be delivered.
4. The bike is having only warranty on engine and battery. It's not guarantee . So there is no replacement on any part ..for every part they will try to repair only. For replacement customer has to pay it seems.
5. If we book the bike. It will take 3 to 4 months to deliver the bike.

The service is worst. The dealer in Banjara Hills is not able handle the service unit. No body response to any service issues. After six months of booking and a payment of Rs.152000/- they delivered the bike with two remote keys out of which one is not working. When I asked to change it, it was convinced that they will change it during the first service. It’s almost 6 months over not even a single service is done. It’s always only one reply that they will give blatantly “spares are not available “ I have visited over 20 times for service but sent back on the pretext of spares issue.
