Only the product is good. Apart from that all other departments Marketing, Sales, After sales service, customer service, every other things is a big failure. 99% of the time dealer number is switched off. None of the employees have time to talk. Customer care executive was yawning when called for help. Only thing customer care will say for any escalation is to drop a mail to contact email. Absolute zero use by doing it.
I have seen a sea of bikes parked outside. It takes more than a day for basic service. It's going to be a day to day pain. I request company to increase the dealers in Hyderabad and increase the service handling capacity per showroom. Because the only reason for your survival is lack of competition. If a competitor enters, your company may vanish is no time. Take care.
The manager is not at all present & is always on leave. There is one sales executive his name is HABEEB worst employee of revolt motors he doesn’t know anything except doing arguments with bad behavior and bad attitude towards customers, he is good for nothing. Worst experience I have had with a brand yet.
Their numbers are not reachable. Please save your valuable time & money.
Again don’t buy REVOLT BIKES.
BETTER GO FOR ATHER YOU WILL NOT REGRET.
Post purchase service is so bad and pathetic that it can't be explained no spare parts availability
They should give these as complementary.
Revolt electric bike is a great choice for local usages and goes up till 140kms on a single charge. The seating is great and the comfort offered is great. The maintenance costs are also low.
Very expensive. We get a normal bike for Rs. 70,000 and this bike is available between Rs. 1,30,000 to Rs. 1,65,000. Guys the difference amount is your petrol price for 5 years which is being charged by Revolt. After 3 years we also have to change the battery which is equivalent to the price of a 70 CC scooter.
1. For every 30000KM need to change chain belt.
2. For every 1lakh KM or 6years customer need to change battery, which costs 75000 rupees 🙄.
3. Bike on road price 142000 as per the discussion with the revolt service person but it may increase or decrease by the time bike will be delivered.
4. The bike is having only warranty on engine and battery. It's not guarantee . So there is no replacement on any part ..for every part they will try to repair only. For replacement customer has to pay it seems.
5. If we book the bike. It will take 3 to 4 months to deliver the bike.
from branch to head office and sales person to customer support wrost experience,
don't purchase this bike. they just looting the public money.
they won't give you bike even they don't refund your booking amonut too.
