Mi Service Center, Shahid Chowk, Katihar, Bihar (RSI)

Very bad response from staffs. Need to refurbished the service center by changing staffs and manager who have no experience to work fast, I am very disappointed from the service please change the staff. Still there is no any response for my phone I had submitted my phone near about one month ago.

Customer care employ don't have manners to talk to customer thay talk in a very rude manner .

Gives very bad service and takes money too much

Behaviour of staffs is very rude and arrogant, they treat costumers as piece of dirt, one of the staff told me that the reason behind hanging of the phone is that the phone is of low budget so it is authentic for the phone to hang, so they won't take responsibility if the phone hangs, isn't it weird? Communication is abbriviated, they don't want to talk technicalities in detail, it seems they know everything about my problem. As you can see, no professionalism at all. They also don't consider costumer's suggestions and desire and tells that service centre won't work according to you.

Don't get misguided by good reviews because all that reviews has been written by them. I've never experienced such worst behaviour by a designated company's representative, they consider themselves as collector or something else, I'm a Salesforce developer (HTML / Reactjs) by the way.

They work in proper managed way!

Good service provide here but service charge is very high..

All staf behavior is good. My problem solved very quickly and all staff follow COVID-19🦠😷rule. All management is also good
