Samsung Service Center

This samsung service center is very bad. employee are dont take responce to customer.And don't have mannar how to talk customer.he has don't given to customer satisfaction.as we know that samsung is brand given best quality.but this samsung service don't know about qualiy.,, Barriyarpur sitamarhi.

Service centre not responding the call, they put it on auto reject mode

Worst samsung service center in entire india. Didnt want to give stars but without star you cannot give feedback. Worst. Worst and worst. They have different gst and service charge in their center.

Extremely unprofessional..they r liars and will keep lying to customers and delay the work..they have no value for anyone's time..i went there to repair my display..they kept my phone for 3 days, did not repair it and on asking they kept on lying..after so much harassment when i took my damaged phone back i got to know that 2 screws were missing from my set..so if u donot want to go through all this harassment and frustration i would suggest u not to visit this service center

They don't know how to behave with customer. Worst experience in service center that I ever had in my life.

fully fraud care spoiling name of Samsung. Samsung should take strict action against fraudulent going on at sitamarhi Samsung care .
