Worst experience I ever had with a phone service centre. The manager here is the most arrogant and rude customer service person I have ever seen. When he is unable to resolve your problem and you start complaining, then he will simply say take your phone and go anywhere else.
I went there for Oneplus phone service. They took my hone and kept it with themselves for a week and didn't do anything to resolve my problem. When I asked why haven't they started repairing my phone, the manager said to take your phone and go somewhere else.

Oneplus u have to give proper training before giving ur service centre.... This service centre is only want to make money.. untrained staff not even know how to talk to customer.....

Realme it's really work fast and most helpful receptionist I will say anybody have you any problem this realme brand you just go in this service centre

When i went there it was very crowded but my work was done. I went there to claim my boat earphone warranty and i just had to show the invoice and i was immediately given a replacement. I had to wait for a while but the staff was good and was trying his best to help everyone.

I have visited to repair of On plus nord ce the display was broken but the staff of one plus centre very rude they miss behave. they don't have good manner how to handle customer they treat very bad because only on one plus service centre available I gaya so guys if you go for service be careful
