Very worst customer service the guy was very rude and treated as if we are not customer.very bad response didn't had manner to deal and talk to customer.mi please check before appointing person and before giving any centre.its your brand getting negative due to your sales man

Just fine service but Some time it takes long to repair some mi models..

Experience was good but staff charge extra fee for any problem when the device is out of warranty this is the only reason i gave 4 star out of 5.

Actually don't want to give 1 start also.
Worst Service Center.. Came here to fix speaker issue (to listen any song or video Or wasn't ringing and uble to know if anyone is calling) but was able to talk on calls without keeping calls on speaker.
Person said Speaker needs to change. Initially They said need to submit phone here and come next day to collect but I denied due to urgent calls and office work. First they said part is not available then said let me check and will do something and accepted to fix but later on said available part is not working in this phone and returned me but when I checked, apart from speaker issue new issues created and unable to hear any thing via ear speaker also from mobile. When highlighted did something and asked to check twice and when got angry again did something and then issue is fixed.
After all this asked to Pay ₹650 but when asked for Bill, they denied to give bill and said bill won't be possible as parts is not changed but we fixed the issue so need charges, I asked then you take nominal service charge and share me bill for that but on that too they denied to give bill. Also to take bill they asked I have to pay rate of speaker part i.e., ₹850 then only they'll give bill else no bill and asking to pay ₹ 650 or ₹ 400 without bill. But I denied to pay any amount without bill so later on internally they discussed and asked me to leave and no charges needs to pay. Seems then didn't did anything on mobile and was king to pay them.
By this experience I think they are not a good technician or they just want to earn black money via such ways.
No Manners. No MI dress code.. No proper way of talking. Very unprofessional. No token system.

Not sure how they are hired as Engineer in MI.
