The availability of medicines is above average. They arrange the medicines if required from other stores. Best part you get a discount on almost every pharma product which makes a preferred shop for localites

Worst outlet. Even if we place orders they don't buy for three days. And if we call and enquire about availability of medicines, they say it's available but when we go it won't be there. They can't do door delivery as they are short of people. Wonder why this branch is functioning.

Shoddy handling of customers. Guys confuse medicines with similar sounding names. Customers need to double check medicine names carefully, and the quantity. Poor experience.

Staff behaviour vry rude, they don't reply , medicines not delivered on time, they don't give the right quantity but charge more & no response from their side when u ask them for the medicines

Staff is very rude , they handle the customer like they giving it for free, when I ask discount as they display outside they refused for discount and when I asked for bill they said in no bill when I instead for the same first they ignore and after some time one of the staff said wait ........mostly they avoid to give bill and after customer leave , they generate bill and put extra money into their pocket.......very very unprofessional...... I request allpall ask for bill first because they give excuses like printer not working system problem..... without bill you can't claim anything if duplicate or expire etc........

No proper response. Bought soap for my baby unfortunately he forget to give the change or I missed it way to home. When called n asked very rude behaviour and told will check the accounts n come back till now no response very cheap.

Very worst !!!!irresponsible customer service. Will never provide exact medicine as by the doctor prescribtion. Will answer or without answer no same brand another brand will provide this was the answers by them. Educated people willproperly check the list and take the prescribed medicines but how old people knows all those things they trust only the pharmacy people and take those meds. Right??? Even 400mg will be a normal to the staff but will creast drastic impact on patient. Please Be aware on the MEDICINES given in the pharmacy and by the pharmist.🤬

We can get medicine s and medicinal equipmennts such as sugar testing kids blood pressure monitor s, temprature check thermometer smedicinal soaps,and cleansing, etc all in concession al rates with mobile number we can get good rebates in rates in all we buy
