Very very worst service, Online site I ordered pediatric medicine, they're deliver less than 4 month expire date medicine, I called C service replace this and deliver new one they're Refused, long argument only
My Question, if I order offline you will return or no?
Finally I put garbage, and buy new medicine from other shop,
As I understand If buy anything from online they simply deliver short date expire medicine.

Very poor customer service , had placed an order with them through snowch app, as they recommended and they did not deliver all medicines ordered, the replacement and refund process was made so cumbersome and incompetent due to their staff. Their staff are very rude and arrogant.

P.S. : They don't deserve even one star for their customer service.

I have been the customer,shopping medicine for the last 4 years.Now i have shifted to GSM medicals for buying at 15% discount
In joyra, medicines are sold the wish of sale persons discount( male) not at 17%.The owner must look in to the matter

Pathetic customer service and poor logical reasonings.
When asked for certain medicine they demanded to buy the entire prescription if else the required medicine will not be provided. I don't understand the logic behind that . Even though I had a recent dated prescription they denied to provide the medicine unless you buy the whole list of medicine from prescription.

I almost have best experience with this medical shop in Nagercoil and most recommended. If you need bill for claims with patient name inform them prior to prepare the bill ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Most of the medicines are available all the time ✅

Price is reasonable and less than MRP ✅

Lots of billing counters and faster service with queue bit mostly not crowded ✅

Especially I love their quick service ✅

They have credit card swiping machine in all counters to serve faster ✅

A small two wheeler parking is there ✅

Roadside parking for four wheelers 🚫

For medical insurance claim bills need to inform prior before they prepare the bill they will not give copy bill with patient name. I lost around Rs.1500 on a claim 🚫

Over all experience is they always have all medicines as per our need and will serve faster✅

Very worst customer service,Be careful with the medicine that is bought. Recheck once or twice the name and usage of the medicine and get it. This store has provided me a external wounds and cut medicine for throat pain for gargling.
This carelessness would affect poor illiterate people be aware on that part.Dont get medicine from this shop.
