Apollo Clinic Taratala

Very bad atmosphere.
They never respond to phone calls, and if they pick up, they lacks information.
The staffs are not even aware of their doctor's qualifications.

The only good facility they provide, is collecting blood samples from home, in case the patient is unable to come up.

Few also complained that they had appointed a doctor on a given date, and on arrival they have been told that no such appointments were alloted.

So its not a suitable place for emergency.

The staff behaviour is good. The place is efficiently run and managed. However, during a visit here, I had an issue with my blood test reports. Suddenly I was told my report was due beyond the deadline and the receptionists were nowhere to be seen. Highly unethical behaviour for a facility under Apollo's respectable brand.

Worst experience with the lack of basic facilities and services while visited on October 22-2022. Very unlikely to have such experience with the brand name of Apollo. They simply do not have a feeding room for new born at their clinic. They couldn't even try to arrange a space for the feeding room on request. Numbers of babies are visiting to this clinic but this clinic does not bother to provide the basic help and empathy to serve the patients. Such unprofessional environment under brand Apollo is really disturbing and unexpected. They do not even have any grievance cell to receive the complain or feedback.

By far the worst apollo clinic I have ever visited. Each and every staff is rude has a awful attitude. The doctors are all full of God complex. They arrive minimum 1-2 hours late and acts as they are doing a favour in treating the patient.

I had a great experience at taratala Appollo Diagnostic Centre. The place is clean and very well maintained. Even the staff is superbly trained . Would highly recommend this Centre and the Doctors I

uneducated person working here.. Everytime same mistake.. simple basic norms not follow. If any confusion ask to the customer.

It's one of the prominent Apollo Clinic at Taratala area. Located just after the Taratala bridge starts while going towards Majherhat. The store has many doctors like dr. Arka banerjee who pays regular visits at affordable prices here. You can also avail covid vaccination too.
