Receptionist girls are too rude and their behavior are very poor. The receptionist girls are think that they are doctor actually they are goat public in society. Medimall is the worst chembur and chemist in siliguri.

The receptionist girls are too rude. They don't know how to talk. They will insult u without any reason. My suggestion to the girls and the owner is simple: we customers are the ones who provide food on your plate. We don't depend on u, ur job/family depends upon us. Next time before insulting any customer, keep this simple fact in mind.

The girl sitting on the front desk as a receptionist needs some counseling or normal way of behaving class , it's my awful request to the "Medi Mall" authority to arrange this with immediate effect, and if you guys need any kind of financial help regarding this, please let me know I'll arrange...

Pathetic receptionist. Very rude. They ask to call at 5 pm and then thier phone are unreachable and then when it connects they tell booking is full and to call tomorrow again.

Those 2 women sitting at the reception should be changed. They don't have a minimum sense of how to talk with patients. They don't understand that the patients are customers and customers are not the ones to be misbehaved with. The management doesn't have a clue, what harm they are doing to the reputation of 'Medi Mall'.
This place would not have any future if these women continue to sit at the front desk.
Don't believe me. Just look at all the reviews here. The management needs to put some attention into what people are saying.

Very bad attitude of staff(specially the lady who takes calls for booking appointment) and the process of booking appointments is also pathetic. For some doctor's appointment only appointment is allowed by call on a specific time and call remains engaged all time and after some time when the call gets connected the operator informs rudely thats all slots booked and wait for another 1 week for next appointment.The booking process is non transparent and it seems they do some unfair means to make the call engaged for 10-15 minutes. They even dont allow booking appointment physically which seems fishy.They even promote going to Neotia.This unfair practice needs to be stopped and I will try to go to consumer forum to teach them a lesson.Even whoever is reading and facing similar issue can go and lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
