Apollo Clinic

Took one of my Covid vaccinations here & had a smooth experience. Digital / card payment options were available, decent waiting area & the process was fairly well organized from their reception onwards. Was in & out within 30 mins.

So recently I took up an Apollo full health checkup which costed me somewhere close to 10500 inr
Took an online oppointment for this and made a Visit to this Clinic.
Reached 15mins prior to the timing given by the customer service representative.
Now after reaching there the formalities were smooth,the nurses & operational staffs were polite and guided timely, however what dissapointed me was the day I visited not all technician/doctors were available and was asked to come in the evening for taking the pending tests, when consulted the eye doctor I really did not feel like I was seeing the eye doctor since as per my knowledge shortsightedness is an issue with long distance visibility and longsightedness is an issue to do with closer visibility however while consultation the doctor told me the other way round which confused and made me wonder if i have come to the right place for preventive full body health checkup.
Next comes the dental consultation, now as per my understanding and experience when a patient comes to a doctor the doctor starts by understanding the patient dental health history and then starts the physical check, however this was not the case here, there were two lady doctors in the room one told me that I have to sit and the other doctor will do a checkup, have to highlight this that the doctor was on call inspite of knowing that a patient is in the consultation room. The other lady took a gadget like thing that had camera with no instructions given to me and just waits for me to open my mouth, she just checked my lower part of the mouth and said that you need to get cleaning done, and thats it. She didnt even check my upper portion or my gums when I question she said that this is just a Dental screening and if you require a detail check you need to take another package which is 650/ consultation and is called as Dental consultation, however the check list for this package had mention as Dental consultation. I really dont know if so called reputed Apollo clinis or hospitals have experienced and available doctors to even do a preventive health check up that costed me 10000/-
Very unsatisfactoy with my experience.

Dentist Minal Salvi tips & treatment have transformed my teeth to be clean & healthy with her "Preventive Dental Care" approach. Gums are now healthy & toothaches, cavities, bleeding are all history. Where other dentists proposed expensive surgery, implants she treated issues with simple measures to help heal & have truly healthy teeth!

The pathology staff is v good. I experienced zero pain both times while taking blood tests.

The physiotheraphy treatment under dr.tejas rathod is going good, the doctor is co-operative and handle the patients very well.

Great experience and didn’t even got pain while taking precautions dose injection. Good staf

In appolo clinic kharadi doctors ask staffs not to take patient for not having an appointment for general check up aswell . Rather than going for brand I ll suggest to go to well known local doctors. I felt Apollo clinic doctors behavior was like local rikshawala declining bhada.

Poor and unethical service by radiology department. I had an hand x-ray with them. they have handed over only the xray film and said they won't give report for x-ray. When the treating doctor asked for the report they took the film from and drafted a report from nearest radiologist nor from there inhouse radiologist. Thankfully nothing serious was there but in case of any serious cases we would have to leave on the mercy of technician who takes x-ray. I would not recommend this place to anyone
