From Nashik road bus stand you nees to travel in "Ambad pandavleni" bus which daily available for every 15 min.

The technician and staff are good but the consulting physician is always late. My mother in law who came here last week for fasting bloodtest had to wait for 2.5 hrs because the consulting doctor didnt show up. For a diabetic person fasting for over 12 ~14 hrs can play havoc on the system. I am writing this review sitting in the queue at apollo clinic waiting for the consulting doctor, for last one and half hour in the morning on a working day. People here in line are saying this is very common for last 4~5 months and not a one off occurence. This is completely unprofessional......

All medicals checkups and treatments were good.. but the staff working at the reception we're behaving like they are ministers and very rude and disobedient..!!!

Staff is not cooperative. They don't have any interest in patients queries.

Not particular about timings n non considerate about patient's time

I went for the annual health checkup. I booked my appointment via email and as per schedule I visited on time. There was no waiting and I completed my tests in time. All the staff members are friendly and helping. I got my reports on mail and got the call for consultation also.

Staff is not professional, and would recommend not to visit if you are going for RT PCR test, they do not have any designated area for collecting sample. You are made to sit outside of clinic in the open corridor of complex.

Staff there was cooperative and hygiene was well maintained.
