Nice customer orientation. Quality of work is commendable as well. Wee bit problem as the delivery window is a bit stretched.
Compared to the quality of service fees are reasonable.
Getting a space to park ur car could be a pain though!

They are thrives and cheats. My mother gave a shawl for dry cleaning which was of extremely high quality got in her marriage. At the time of delivery they tried to give us an old worn out shawl of different colour. Even after repeated visits to the store they don't help us. Moreover everytime we tell them they promise they will check and call us but never do.

They are cheats and I have a feeling they deliberately misplaced the shawl and tried to give us a worn out one. It's not just because of the quality of the shawl but also being my mother's shawl she got it marriage, she has emotions attached to it.

Their service is worst. They spoiled my Wife's costly blouse after wash & when asked they immediately blame to a famous blouse making shop Ganga Jamuna at Sriram Arcade who made this blouse. They are absolutely unprofessional & Cheat. I never visit this shop again.

Very bad behaviour & Cheated not only us also Govt to not giving bill

1. At the time of enquiry, they made invoice which is not cancelable.

2. At the time of delivery, they didn't give me the service of checking my own shirt.
a.) The did not fold my shirt as I opened for checking.

3. At the time of delivery, they didn't give me my bill.
a.) I asked for bill but they took it from me and not gave me further.

I suggest everyone to not go for any kind of services. They will cheat you by anyhow.

Behaviour of the attending guy is awful. He is negative in all things and demotivate the customer with his impolite attitude during the absence of the shop owner. Further he also has the tendancy of murmering and whispering with others with an insulting smile towards the customer

I have regular very good experience at wash box. The owner as well as attending personnel are very very professional and courteous. Their washing quality is top notch. I keep on going back to them. Thank you for you great service.

One of the best launderer in Kolkata for normal to delicate clothes, trousers,pants,suits and winter garments.
They maintain quality washing.
Staffs are very cooperative and well behaved.
The launderer deliver items to customers in time.They have storage facility for winter garments with extra charges.
