I had a bad experience thrice... Twice in drywash it was damaged i was convinced to change the colour. Third time i was not happy to change my shirt color they said they will compensate.. That is 10% of ur service value..If its 6rs for ironing they give Rs 60.. & Rs 35 for drywash they give Rs 350. My shirt value was Rs2700 they agreed for Rs350. I said keep the money i dont need them... If thats a silk saree worth Rs10000 its the same Rs 350... They cant answer they knew its not fair but still cheat... So take care people
