Velutthukattu Laundry&Dry Cleaning

Very bad worse dry cleaner ever. Please refrain from going here .I gave 3 sarees for dry cleaning and got it back after 10 days. Initially they gave 4 days time and after I went there thrice they kept changing the date asking me to come next day. After I got the saree I saw that all three sarees had different colours on them from other clothes. It was so bad that I cannot wear that saree again .All was almost 3000 rs. Now it is wasted. Took owners no and called she doesn't pick up.Sent her photos of damaged saree but she didn't reply only ignored .The worst service ever in Chennai . Please dont go here .Dry cleaning money is also wasted .3 sarees money is also wasted.

One of the worst place for laundry. They spoiled my very costly coat and the owner was so arrogant in his behaviour and he was trying to threaten the customer.

Iam a regular customer of this showroom from this branch was opened, i have to tell genuinely they are doing very professionally , but i don't no why people are giving negative comments, but I truly say they are the best in laundry service

I have given 2 silk sarees for drycleaning, and i received my sarees as a beautiful way of packing and an excellent work they are doing, worth the money, good job

Good professional work they are doing, well trained staffs and very dedicated to their work , worth the money, and mostly customer satisfactory is the good thing they are doing, iam a customer of this showroom since 5 years .

My humbly request to every one not to give any of your clothes for any kind of services in this outlet. Poor quality of service. I frequently use this brand for dryclean and other services in so many outlets and the price is consistent everywhere, only this particular outlet they charges 3times higher than the other outlets. If we ask the reason why, they are unable to respond properly. So Pls try to avoid going to this outlet.

Gave sarie with staine did a nice good job in time

We gave 2 soft silk sarees for dry cleaning..They did a terrible job..The sarees look like 10 yrs old saree and has lost its vibrant look as well as weight..The worst part is the dye got removed where the body and the pallu joins..I do not recommend this shop at all..Very very bad service
