Excello Laundry and Dry Cleaning

i had given chiffon saree for drycleaning and to my utter shock, it came back with stains running throughout the length of the saree.The manager reassured me that it will be taken care of and then called me 12 hours later stating they had managed to remove all the stains.When I went to pick it up I found the saree in an unironed state with all the stains as it is.And the manager of course took no responsibility. A reputed shop which sadly lacks the expertise to live upto its name. A very bad experience.

This place is the most unreliable. I ll explain why, my friend who was visiting from America gave them a bunch of clothes for laundry. They charged him Rs.1610/- for 28 pieces (14 pieces of them were socks) of clothing, which first of all is way more expensive than any five star hotel, but that was tolerable. He needed them washed so it was understandable. Next, since he wanted it in a days time they charged him Rs.850/- on top so he can collect it the following evening at 7pm. This sounds insane but again was tolerable. Over this, the infamous 18% GST of Rs. 435/- totaling up to a grand total of Rs. 2850/-

Now the incredible part happens, when my friend goes out there the following night to collect them clothes but the (very rude) staff tells him the truck hasn’t arrived. (This was at 6.30pm) He waits there until 7.15pm and yet in vain. No one shows up and the staff is rumbling away in rudeness. He leaves ‘cause they close at 7.30pm, with no laundry.

The next morning, when he shows up at EXCELLO to collect his clothes, by now with the intention that they should waver off the expedited cost since it’s about 15 hours late, they verbally abuse him, with no reasoning and lies to him saying, he didn’t wait until the truck showed up last night and therefore he has to pay the full price. My poor American friend felt fleeced but didn’t have time for drama and so he paid and left. Now it’s up to you if you want to get your clothes washed at EXCELLO. They don’t believe in customer service let alone any kind of service other than self service. Hence my one star, if I could make that a zero star I would have for how they scammed my friend.

Been using their services for a long time. They are good at dry cleaning, Darning.Need to improve on being proactive. They usually take a weeks time. Recently asked them to call and confirm in case of a delay. No one called. Appointed day not delivered. Delivered 2 days later despite folliwing up in person. Going to get your stuff 4 times in case of a hurry not on. If you are in a hurry be careful. Their Terms are totally one sided. And they aren't cheap every visit is almost 5 percent to Ten percent of garment value.

Very bad experience. I got many clothes dry cleaned and steam ironed. Two of sherwani coats were charged 550 each for dry cleaning were not even cleaned properly . Stain was visible. The steam iron is very bad as they had ironed the trousers according to the stitch line. The prices are too high and service and workmanship is not up to mark . Earlier they were good. But saw deficiency in service .

Very poor service and very unprofessional. Highly Expensive and not worth it at all. They don’t even provide covers for the outfits like sherwani, blazers and all other outfits.

Outfits are delivered very inappropriately and unprofessionally to make them more dirty !

Not recommended!

We gave a lot of silk sarees, two nine yard sarees, some sherwanis and two adult pyjamas to be dry cleaned. They gave them back within a week !

Worst possible service one can get. They lied about removing stains but my shorts came back with all the stains intact. Even my washing and pressing at home give better results.

I gave 1 Star rating only because I could not go any lower. Complete waste of time, effort and money.

As the owner suggested I gave my shirts for rewash to them. They did a quite decent job of it. 👍👍

1. No answer when called
2. The clothes don't look ironed
3. Roll pressing is a waste (literally waste)
4. Silk sarees get damaged
5. Road side ironing people are far better
6. Cheating in the name of dry cleaning.

Save money and time. Don't go.

The owners are least bothered.
