Worst service ever. Spoiled the texture and colour of a silk dhoti. Went from white to mud colour. Been chasing them for past six months and they've refused to compensate for their inefficient work.

Worst service ever. Gave my white silk dhothi for dry cleaning and when they return it was in mud colour. When asked for reason they were least bothered for their inefficient work. Highly third class service. Beware of your costly clothes if planning to give for dry cleaning here.

Very worst service. My Wife' Silk saree which I had given for dry cleaning, has lost it's true colour and texture. Also the dry cleaning wasnt good and there where white stain on the sarees. They staff behaviour wasnt responsible enough. Totally a bitter experience overall. I dont recommend people to opt for this Shop.

Very worst service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. We planned to collect clothes at lunch 👎🏻 how far 🤷🏼♂️But they closed shop for lunch time, SBI is better than this

Since I visit India only about a couple of times a year, I tend to simply use Laundrex in Shanti Colony by default since it happens to be the closest dry cleaner to where I stay. So I don't have a good sense for how their prices compare to other establishments. With that caveat (admittedly a big one in rating such a business), I've found them to be reasonably clean and organized. They haven't lost any orders as yet. They have been a bit delayed in some cases, returning my clothes a day after they had promised.

Good customer service excellent quality of work satisfaction. For 5 years I dry cleaning my clothes.
