Quick and responsive service. Service is costly though. One of my old suits has stains but they could not remove. But for normal cleaning and ironing it is good. They even do silk sarees and dresses

Worst ever experience from Ramson workers. Gave a silk saree for dry cleaning and they teared it and blaming us as we provided damaged saree for dry cleaning. Very rude attitude from workers saying do whatever u can do. Worst ever experience in coustomer service. If zero rating option was there I would opted it . Management should take care in coustomer service and coustomer products.

Very bad attitude of the people working here. Inspite of telling them multiple times not to put holes in the shirts, they added a tag in a very visible area of every shirt. There is a tag below the collar where these tags can be added, which these people are not using. No other dry cleaner I’ve used puts holes in clothes. Careless people. They are not capable of handling expensive formal clothes. Will be switching to another better and more careful dry cleaner in Trichy.

Got 6 pair of dhoties dry cleaned and pressed from them. They charge Rs. 70 per piece for this. It takes approximately one week to get it done. The work is good, but the delay is really a turn down.

Very bad service. Gave my wedding silk vesti for dry clean. Had a newspaper print on it and borders had very broad holes at places.

Long standing dry cleaners in Trichy have a very poor techniques to wash clothes.

We give all whites and my formals to ramson for quite sometime and every time I give they have done a ver clean and amazing job. I have been with them for almost more than 5 years . From day 1 they have showed excellent work and customer support.
