Laundry House

We have been clients for many years however the service quality has dropped hugely. Garments get misplaced, no accountability, do not respond to calls n messages. Satish the collection boy is not bothered or interested in any feedback and does not respond to calls.
No leadership, no one to take charge of their actions. You won’t survive long in the business with this attitude!

Very poor services , they will never respond to your calls , they will call after 4 to 5 days after your call and talk as if they are doing a favor on you .

Worst service ever and these people are frauds
They literally stole the hangings off my clothes and ruined all my expensive dresses
Throw away your clothes directly instead of trusting these people with your precious clothes

All my expensive dresses were ruined they sent me wet clothes back and I opened them after a month because I didn’t need them in between
And I opened up everything for it all to be torn and ruined
Highly not recommended
Throw away your clothes instead but don’t trust this service
