Pathetic service! These people are unprofessional and lack basic business etiquettes. I had given my jeans three weeks back and these people lost my item and kept asking me to come back later. And now after weeks of me reaching out to them when I asked them again, they admitted that they have lost it and agreed to return back the cost of the product. But as soon as I asked them for the money, they said since the jeans was dirty when they got it, they cannot refund the entire amount. It is when I created a scene that they returned the entire money. There was another girl who lost an item of 20k a year back and inspite of sending a legal notice, did not hear from the owner. The front line guy sitting is incompetent and absolutely unprofessional. So if you value your belongings please don't use their service.

The most pathetic service ever. I received no message or call once my clothes were picked up. Nobody sent me an invoice or details of my order. I kept calling and nobody gave me the right information about my clothes delivery. Even when I informed about my address change ten times they still delivered it at the wrong address that too two days late after calling them a hundred times. RIDICULOUS. NEVER USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.

The lousiest service and ownerGurdeep Singh has no manners of returning client calls. I had given clothes in November 2019, which I got after 1 month of follow up. And to my horror my clothes and curtains were missing. I tried reaching the owner but till date no response no resolution no customer service. Gurdeep Singh and Sachin Jain if you can't run the business then shut down the shop. Stop cheating people.

I went for Moustache Laundry for the first time, for dry cleaning of a carpet / rug. The carpet was fairly new (just a couple of years old, in perfect condition, I was told to dry clean it to keep it that way). When they returned the carpet, it was folded and put in a bag (so I couldn't see it), and I paid the 500 rupees. I opened the bag only to find out the carpet had been COMPLETELY destroyed. The carpet seems to have been put in a washing machine, it was still wet, completely deformed, with stains (!), threads of all the intricate patterns going loose, and the wool of the entire carpet plushy and destroyed. I immediately called back the (very polite and professional) delivery guy, who offered to come and pick it up. He saw the carpet and since he was also the one to pick it up in the first place, he acknowledged that it had obviously been damaged. He took the carpet back. After another week, he brought back the carpet and told me it'd probably be best I speak to his manager... This time they had cleaned the carpet and shaved off the plush, but obviously the wool remains damaged, and all the intricate patterns still have loose ends etc. I was put on the phone with a manager, who immediately was very rude and very aggressive and only repeated for half an hour that the carpet was not damaged and was the same before and after. I offered to send him photos since I had taken some before I gave it to them... he just hung up on me. The delivery guy, who was the only polite and professional person in this whole story, felt bad and took it upon himself to ensure that at least the 500 rupees were paid back (that doesn't bring my carpet back to live but I guess that's something). I would highly recommend against Moustache Laundry, it's an absolute scam.

Be aware, your stuff might not return in one piece! Have availed their KalyaniNagar outlet service from time to time from clothes to furnishings to shoes. Their dry cleaning is worse than normal wash, though they charge premium, that is for all types of wash. Damaged my professional sports shoes beyond repair. When asked to fix, patched it with some glue or not sure what it is that has spoilt its looks. Earlier damaged furnishings, returned it with its color blead. By default disclaimer applies that you give your stuff at your own risk. Stay away, please.

Have some shirts and a pair of jeans for darning. They did it in a couple of hours and called me to pick up with minimal charges, but completely messed up all my clothes. There was just a small hole, 2mm in diameter, they completely ruined more than 2cm and messed them all up beyond repair. Don't use the darning service.

They packed and delivered 4curtains, a pure silk kanjivaram saree, a chanderi saree and a silk cotton kurti all tattered. Didnot refund the bill I paid nor reimbursed any loss that I suffered due to their poor service.
Please beware of such poor service. I don't recommend them at all.
